How ViaStock work?
- When you download a file on ViaStock, you're buying a license that lets you use the file in advertising, websites, blogs, presentations, video productions, podcasts and more. You can use them in as many projects as you want for as long as you want, within the terms of the license.
Do I have to give credit to a photographer when I use their photo?
- No! ViaStock working only under a commercial license, without attributing the photographer. The buyer or downloader of free files does not have to do this as it results from the provision of the commercial license.
Do I have to pay every time I use the content?
- You only need to pay once, and you’re free to use the content as many times as you want.

Can I use ViaStock photos for personal or commercial projects?
What does "Commercial Use" mean?
- “Commercial-Use” is defined simply as any use that results in a personal, business, or corporate financial gain. This can include (but not necessarily be limited to) any of the following: branding, advertising, retail products, informational/promotional collateral, computer/phone apps, etc., that is made available in physical and/or digital form.
What does "Extended" mean?
- Our Extended License allows you to use your image for advertising purposes across all media, product packaging, or resale. It also allows for unlimited prints and web publications.
There are two licenses „Extended” and „Commercial”?
- No! There is only one license included "Commercial" and "Extended" purposes in one license agreement.
What can I do with the Commercial license?
- You can use the ViaStock files for marketing or advertising campaigns.
- You may use purchased files for personal or sponsored posts on social media.
- You may use purchased files for broadcast and streaming via network, cable, internet, satellite, pay-per-view, video on demand or Streaming of motion picture and /audiovisual works, including advertisements, are permitted for Commercial use and Non-commercial use.
- You may create physical end products for Commercial Use, such as, but not limited to: clothing, cards, invitations, stickers, etc.
- You may create product packaging for Commercial Use, such as, but not limited to: labels, stickers, containers, etc, for any number of separate end products.
- You may create digital products for Commercial Use, such as, but not limited to: static designs, static website elements, etc.
- You may create digital or Print Publication for Commercial Use, such as, but not limited to: cards, invitations, photo albums, scrapbooks, ebooks / e-publications etc.
How many End Products can I sell with a Commercial License?
What is not allowed by the Commercial License?
- Resale and sale original image/file.
- Resale and sale license to original image/file.
- Sharing oryginal files for downloading on other sites/platforms for free or for money.
- Claim the Licensed Asset itself as its own copyrighted work if you aren't the owner of the files and registered as a creator on ViaStock.
FREE PHOTOS:
These free photos are really free for commercial use?
- Yes! Feel free to use it for any personal or commercial purpose without the need to credit the author.

- 1 Photo - 10$
- 1 RAW Photo - 20$
- 1 Video file - 40$
- 1 Audio file - 30$
FOR CREATORS:
How to become a Creator on ViaStock and start to sell your own photos?
- You Can first create an account as "Seller" and pass the test.

But also you can send us your portfolio with works you want to sell. (We accept only links to your site or social media profile) Send it to info@viastock.pl
Our staff will view them and decide if they are appropriate for our site and can be sold here.

Earning money on my own photos. How it's working?
- You will get paid each time one of your photos/files is purchased.
How much commission seller will get?
- Seller will get 50% from every purchased single file. *Commission from net price.
